Data We Collect
Advertising SDK data (Google AdMob): approximate location (from IP), device/app identifiers (including Advertising ID/App Set ID), app interaction events, and diagnostics/performance data.
Game services data (Google Play Games, optional sign-in): gamer profile data (such as gamertag/avatar), player ID, achievements, and leaderboard scores.
Local device data: game settings and saved game progress stored on your device.
Data We Do Not Collect Directly
We do not directly collect exact GPS location, contacts, SMS/call logs, camera or microphone data, or payment card data.
Why Data Is Used
To run app features (gameplay, achievements, leaderboard).
To show and measure ads.
To analyze stability/performance.
To prevent fraud, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
Some data is shared with service providers used by the app, mainly Google services (AdMob and Google Play Games), according to their policies.
Your Choices
Google Play Games sign-in is optional.
You can reset/delete your Advertising ID and manage ad personalization in Android settings.
You can stop local storage by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete app data or uninstall.
Data handled by third-party services is retained under their own retention policies.
Security
Data transmitted by supported SDKs is encrypted in transit (TLS).
We apply reasonable measures to protect app data.
Children
Checkers is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Parents/guardians should supervise children’s app use.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are effective when the updated policy is published.
