In support for VNG Uprace 2020. Runclub.vn together with 365 Begin and Pocari Sweat will be co-organizing a new and exciting event called the Check Point Run. The purpose of the run is to boost your running distance contribution to Uprace. The event will be held consecutively on 4 Sundays on 20 Sep, 27 Sep,4 Oct and 11 Oct. Check Point Run does not require a fee and is free for all.
Find 3 checkpoints with your mobile devices and run to the finish line. The 3 checkpoints will only be revealed on race day. At each checkpoint, runners will need to complete tasks depending on what they get in a lucky draw. The maximum distance of the race is 10km.
At the start of the race, the first checkpoint longitude and latitude. will be given. Participants will need to find the first checkpoint location with their smartphones. Some participants will find a shorter route, some a longer route. Once participants have arrived at the first checkpoint, participants will then be given a lucky draw. The lucky draw consists of punishment (push-ups, burpees, etc) or gratitude (move on, 2 Squats, etc) Refreshments will be provided at each checkpoint. Once tasks are completed, participants will be given the next checkpoint location. As proof of completing the checkpoint, selfies on Facebook with hashtag #365Begin #PocariSweat #RunclubVn #CheckPointRun is required to be posted, this is repeated until 3 checkpoints are completed. At the third checkpoint, the location of the finishing line will be revealed. All group members must reach the finishing line to complete the race.
This event requires a minimum of 3 people in a group.
If you’re less than 3 people, we gladly assign you to another group.

A smartphone with a map app is required to find the checkpoints.
Participants are not allowed to use vehicles or transportation to complete the race.
There are no race bibs or chips for this event.

4. Choose a sponsor you are supporting.
5. Give your team a name. Register on race day 1 hour before the race begins.
If you are not physically active on a regular basis, we encourage you to walk or run to one checkpoint. The distance between each checkpoint is approximately 3KM. However, your team is not eligible for prizes at the finishing line.

The first three groups finishing the race will be given prizes consisting of energy bars from 365 Begin and electrolytes drink from Pocari Sweat Vietnam.
This event encourages participants to run and do physical activities. Please ensure safety during these activities. By participating in the event, participants are liable for their own health and safety of belongings. The organisers will not be liable for any injuries, loss of belongings or death during the event.
