1. If the booking was successful, Google will send you a confirmation email. 

2. Unless the booking partner requests otherwise, this is not the confirmation email you receive. 

3. Your confirmation email is sent by the airline or the booking partner that made the booking. 

4. If you don't receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, contact the airline or your booking partner.

You can set it to automatically notify you when flight prices drop significantly, or set it to "Any dates" to get emails about deals within the next 3 to 6 months. To enable this feature, log in to your Google account.

For certain flight prices, Google’s algorithms believe that the lowest price you can find is the lowest price available before your flight departs. After you book on Google, we will keep an eye on the price until your first flight in your booked itinerary takes off. If your flight price drops, we will compensate you for the difference. 

How Does the Price Guarantee Work?

 The price guarantee pays the difference between your flight price at the time of booking and your lowest ticket price. The price difference must be more than 5 USD to get your money back. You can get up to 500 USD total back per calendar year for 3 open-price guaranteed bookings at once. This happens after your first flight in the book on Google Itinerary takes off.
