We’re excited to welcome you to our durian farm! Before you book, here are a few things to take note of:

• No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable, so please double-check your dates before confirming your stay.

• Need to Change Dates? No problem! Just let us know at least 14 days before check-in, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A 10% admin fee applies for any changes.

• Refundable Deposit: A RM100 TnG deposit is required at least 3 days before check-in. This will be fully refunded within 2 working days after check-out, as long as everything is in good shape.

• How to Book:

  2. Submit the CH Durian Farmstay Reservation Form & make full payment.

  3. We’ll get in touch to confirm.

Guests are welcome to explore the durian farm, but please note:

• Walk at Your Own Risk: Walking around the farm is at your own risk. While we strive to maintain safe grounds, the terrain may be uneven, slippery, or have falling fruit during the durian season.

• Footwear Required: For your safety, please wear appropriate closed-toe shoes when walking around the farm.

• Supervision for Children: Children must be supervised at all times while on the farm.

• Waste Disposal: Please dispose garbage in waste bins provided. This helps us maintain cleanliness and avoid attracting wildlife.

• Harvest Respect: Guests are not permitted to pick or collect durians directly from trees unless accompanied by a staff member or host. This is for your safety and to protect the health of the trees.

🐶 Pet rules

We love welcoming pets, but please help us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone:

1. House-trained pets

Pets must be fully house-trained and should not pee or poop inside the unit. If your pet is not fully house-trained or tends to mark territory, please have them wear a pet diaper while indoors.

2. No pets on beds or sofa

To maintain cleanliness and hygiene for all guests, pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

3. Leash and supervision

Pets must be kept on a leash or under supervision at all times, especially in common or outdoor areas. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the unit to prevent accidents and property damage. 

4. Clean up immediately

If any accident happens, please clean it right away and inform housekeeper (Pak Yantor) so we can arrange proper cleaning if needed.

5. Additional cleaning or damage fee

Any odor, stain or damage from pet accidents may incur a minimum RM50 cleaning fee.
