Hi!

Welcome to my CIRTL teaching portfolio. I'm Chayan Roychoudhury, an atmospheric scientist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Arizona, working at the intersection of aerosol microphysics, atmospheric chemistry, and climate. 

My teaching is shaped by experiences that recur across my sessions: reasoning across scales, building quantitative intuition before reaching for a calculator, and treating uncertainty as a scientific value rather than a footnote. These come directly from my personal research experiences, where the most interesting problems live in the gaps between mechanisms, measurements, and models.

This e-Portfolio is a compilation of the evidence-based teaching materials required to complete the  University of Arizona's CIRTL Postdoc Pathway Program, which includes samples of my work during my co-teaching practice, my reflections after going through the program, and my Teaching Philosophy.
