Terms & Conditions :

• By booking us, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Chaya Chitro and the client.

• A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure the booking. The deposit is due upon confirmation of the date. 

• The rest of the amount will be paid on the date of event. 

• The booking deposit is non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be accommodated under special circumstances and is subject to availability. 

• Photographs may be featured on the official website, Chayachitro.com.

• Chaya Chitro reserves the right to use photographs and videos for promotional purposes across various platforms, including Facebook, advertising media, brochures, magazine articles, websites, and sample albums.

• Photographs will be delivered approximately six weeks after the event.

• An additional charge of 2,500 BDT per hour will apply for extended hours. 

• All charges listed are non-negotiable and apply exclusively to events held within Dhaka.

• . You have to fully clear payment and collect your photos & videos within 30 working days. If you fail to collect them within at least 45 working days then  Dream Wedds won't be responsible for losing files/file or hard drive crash etc. 

• If you fail to fully clear payment and collect your photos & videos within 45 days, then you have to pay extra 15% charge of your event fee for collecting them later within 7 days (If it's possible to provide the files by Chaya Chitro so long).

•  For each extra hour of our photographer/cinematographer, the charge will be BDT 2,500 per Camera

• We can custom every package to your sweet-able budget.

• For Events outside Dhaka, 30% of the total bill will be added. And transportation cost will be added separately.
