For point to point trips: Google the distance between the points and multiple the kms by 4 and that is the $ cost of the trip. So if the distance from A to B is 17km, the cost is $68, however the minimum cost is always $40 for trips less than 9km.
Airport pickups may incur an extra $15 parking/waiting fee.
Alternatively, my hourly rate is $85 per hour.
Daily rate $65/hr for bookings more than 5 hours.
The above rates are for 1 to 3 people. 4 to 5 people or with significant luggage will cost an extra 10% to 20%.
