This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Skywork Technologies for the use of the ChatTalk Translate mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using ChatTalk Translate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use ChatTalk Translate on your personal device for lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may use ChatTalk Translate to:
Translate chat messages.
Translate text between languages.
Translate text from images.
Translate voice and live conversations.
Use other translation features provided by the App.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the App.
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems.
If ChatTalk Translate uses Android Accessibility Service, it is used solely to provide Chat Translation by detecting on-screen text in supported messaging applications.
The Accessibility Service is not used to collect, store, monitor, or share your personal conversations or sensitive information. It operates only after you explicitly enable the permission and can be disabled at any time from your device settings.
The App may request permissions such as:
Internet
Camera
Microphone
Notifications
Accessibility Service (if enabled)
These permissions are requested only to provide the App's features and can be managed through your device settings.
The App may integrate with third-party services including:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
ChatTalk Translate, including its software, design, graphics, logos, text, and other content, is owned by Skywork Technologies and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through this Agreement.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning properly.
ChatTalk Translate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
While we strive to provide accurate translations, automatic translations may not always be completely accurate. Users should verify important translations before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skywork Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use ChatTalk Translate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of ChatTalk Translate after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Skywork Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
