We value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the ChatSee mobile application (“App”) and related services.
By using ChatSee, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use immediately.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the ChatSee App available on the Google Play Store.
It governs how we handle personal and non-personal data collected through the App, our website, and any related digital services operated by us.

Google Play Developer Privacy Requirements
We aim to collect only the minimum information required to operate the App effectively and securely.
Contact details: When you contact us for support or feedback, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Account data: If the app offers optional registration, we may collect basic identifiers like username, email, and password (encrypted).
Voluntary information: Any optional details you choose to share in feedback forms or bug reports.
Through secure third-party tools (like Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Google Play Services), we automatically collect:
Device type, model, OS version, language, region, and app version.
IP address (used solely for approximate region detection).
Usage statistics (feature interactions, session duration).
Crash logs and error diagnostics.
All such data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not track or link this information to personally identifiable users.
We never collect or store:
Social media credentials (e.g., Instagram usernames or passwords)
Contact lists, messages, or media from your device
Biometric, financial, or precise geolocation data

ChatSee does not use tracking cookies for advertising.
However, analytics and crash services provided by Google Firebase may use unique device identifiers or similar technologies to collect anonymous usage metrics.
You can disable analytics collection through your device’s privacy settings.
All analytics and crash data are stored securely on Google Firebase servers under Google Cloud’s GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
We retain support-related emails only for as long as necessary to resolve your issue.
Aggregated analytics data are retained up to 24 months for performance monitoring.
You can request deletion of any personal correspondence by contacting us.
We may share limited data only in the following cases:
Service Providers: With trusted analytics or infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Play Console).
Legal Compliance: When required by law or government authority.
Business Transfers: If ChatSee is acquired or merged, anonymized usage data may be part of the transfer.

Despite our best efforts, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use the App at your own discretion.

The app is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If a parent believes their child has shared personal data with us, please contact us. We will delete the information immediately.
