Ingredients:
Brown Chik Pea 150g (Boiled)
Peanut 100g(Boiled)
Boiled Potato Cubes
Cucumber 1-2
Tomato 1 big size
Carrot 1 (Julienne Cut)
Green chilies
Coriander leaves
Lemon (half)
Black salt 1 tea spoon
Roasted cumin powder 1 tea spoon
Mustard oil 1 tea spoon
Procedure:
Boil chickpea, potato , peanut in cooker for 15 minutes, if possible boil them separately. Peel potato skin properly then cut it to small cubes. Cut the carrot in transverse to get matchstick like long pieces: julienne cut. Chop coriander leaves and green chilies properly. Now mix all ingredients upto the number 8. Now mix them well and simultaneously keep on adding rest of the items.
