A warm and idyllic getaway in the heart of Anjou.
Located near a charming little town—known in particular for its twisted bell tower—and not far from the banks of the Loire River, our château is also just a stone’s throw from Saumur and Angers.
As you arrive at the property via a magnificent driveway lined with old plane trees—carpeted with wild cyclamen in late summer—Anne and Rémi invite you to enjoy three spacious, traditional, and comfortable guest rooms in their château.
They overlook the grounds, which consist of meadows, orchards, and woods. Stables, also dating from the 17th and 18th centuries and featuring all their original fixtures and fittings, complete the landscape.
Our three guest rooms are located on the first floor; they are tastefully decorated, and each has its own private, adjoining bathroom.
The MAJORELLE room, which overlooks the park featuring a centuries-old sequoia, features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a small sitting area near the fireplace, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.
The CENTIFOLIA room, which overlooks the park and the orchard, features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a sitting area located in the “Poivrière,” and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.
The PAONS D’HERA room, which also overlooks the park and offers a view of the grove of towering linden trees, consists of a small entryway, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.
