To complement current approaches to chatbot design and development, this full day workshop explores an alterantive approach: Chatbots designed and developed to improve the lives of people and society – chatbots for social good. The workshop is arranged in conjunction with INTERACT 2019.

Position paper submission deadline (extended): May 27

Attendance: The workshop will include a cross-disciplinary group of researchers and practitioners with chatbot research or development as a core interest.

To participate, submit a 3-6 page position paper (Springer LNCS format). The paper should address one or more of the workshop topics.

Accepted workshop papers are published in the official adjunct conference proceedings and also made available at the workshop webpage.
