Sinus Lift

1.Understanding Sinus Floor Elevation Techniques:

• Students will be able to compare the sinus slot osteotomy technique with the conventional lateral window osteotomy.

• Students will identify the anatomical considerations, such as the position and implications of the alveolar antral artery (AAA), and how these affect the choice of technique

2.Develop Critical Appraisal Skills:

• Critically assess the study design, methodology, and statistical analysis used in this prospective cohort

3.Apply Findings to Clinical Practice:

• They will learn techniques to minimize intra-operative complications, particularly bleeding from the AAA.

4. Interpret Research Data:

• Students will be able to interpret the data and statistical analyses presented in the study, including unpaired t-test
