User Agreement
Please read the following service agreement carefully before use. By using this application, you agree to accept this agreement. This agreement is legally binding, especially regarding clauses that exempt or limit the liability of “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt”. Please read them carefully.If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1.1 Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms
By accessing or using this application, users agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.2 Changes and Modifications to Service Terms
(1) “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” reserves the right to modify the service terms when necessary. Once the service terms are changed, the modifications will be prompted on important pages.
(2) If users do not agree with the changes, they may opt out of receiving information services from this application. If users continue to use the information services of this application, it is deemed as acceptance of the changed service terms.
(3) This application reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notifying users and shall not be liable to users or any third party for this.
1.3 User Code of Conduct
Users are prohibited from posting the following illegal information and photos on this application:
(1) Content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
(2) Content that damages national honor and interests;
(3) Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
(4) Content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
(5) Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
(6) Content that spreads obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murder, terror, or crime-inciting materials;
(7) Content that insults or slanders others, or infringes upon the legal rights of others;
(8) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
(9) Harassment, defamation, threats, or impersonation of other users of the website;
(10) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, or gatherings that disrupt social order.
1.4 Uploaded or Published Content
(1) As the publisher of content, users are solely responsible for their published content and bear all legal and joint liability for any disputes arising from such content. “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” assumes no legal or joint liability.
(2) “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” does not guarantee the legality, propriety, accuracy, completeness, or quality of content transmitted via this application.
(3) Users may encounter unpleasant, inappropriate, or offensive content when using this application. Under no circumstances shall “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” be liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage arising therefrom.
(4) “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content provided through this application at its sole discretion.
(5) Individuals or organizations who believe that “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” contains content infringing upon their legal rights should prepare legally effective proof and promptly contact “ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” for swift resolution.
1.5 Permission Usage Instructions
(1) File Read/Write Permission
· Purpose: To support users in saving generated content (such as documents, images, etc.) to local devices, or reading necessary files specified by users (such as configuration files, templates, etc.).
· Data scope: Only accesses directories actively selected by the user or required by application functions (such as download folders, cache directories, etc.), and does not access all device storage by default.
· Data upload: Relevant files are uploaded to the server only when the user actively performs an “upload” operation; by default, files are stored locally.
· Encryption measures: SSL/TLS protocol is used to encrypt file transmission.
(2) Audio Recording Permission
· Purpose: Used for voice input functions (such as speech-to-text, voice interaction).
· Data upload: Recording data is uploaded only when the user actively submits it (such as sending a voice message); there is no background recording by default.
· Encryption measures: SSL/TLS protocol is used to encrypt the transmission of audio files.
(3) Camera Permission
· Purpose: Used for taking photos/videos (such as creative materials, image recognition), etc.
· Data upload: Captured content is only transmitted to the server when the user actively uploads it.
· Encryption measures: Photos/videos are stored in encrypted formats by default, preventing third-party access.
1.6 Use of Services
(1) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
(2) You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your login credentials and account. Your account is non-transferrable. You cannot sell, lend, or otherwise share it with any other person, for commercial purposes or free of charge.Meanwhile, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account, or otherwise revoke access to the Services, at any time if we, in our sole discretion, have reason to believe or suspect that you have violated the terms of these TOS or other Policies. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for, without limitation, any denial of use of the Services, any change of costs for third party services, fees, or other obligations arising from suspension or termination of your account.
1.7 Conditions of Use
You are solely responsible for all Content you submit to the Services. (When we say “Content you submit” and similar terms, we mean anything you seek to post, transmit, or share, including but not limited to text, images, sounds, video, graphics, information, or other data.) You agree not to submit any Content that:
(i) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party;
(ii) you do not have a right to submit;
(iii) contains software viruses or any computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(iv) poses a privacy or security risk to any person;
(v) constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” “sweepstakes,” or any other form of solicitation;
(vi) is threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, bullying, or excessively violent;
(vii) is defamatory, libelous, or verifiably false with the purpose of harming others;
(viii) constitutes hate speech that demeans or promotes discrimination or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, or other social, physical or mental characteristics;
(ix) is obscene or pornographic;
(x) constitutes sexual harassment;
(xi) constitutes sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, including sharing child sexual exploitation or abuse imagery or content, grooming, or sexual extortion;
(xii) glorifies self-harm, including self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders;
(xiii) promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
(xiv) furthers or promotes criminal activity;
(xv) seeks to buy or sell illegal drugs;
(xvi) facilitates fully automated decision making that adversely impacts a person’s legal rights or creates a binding, enforceable obligation;
(xvii) seeks to provide medical, legal, financial or tax advice;
(xviii) interferes with or disrupts the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services,
(xix) interferes with or appropriates any person’s right of publicity by using their name, likeness or persona (a) without permission and (b) outside a permissible context such as non-commercial parody or public commentary.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who we conclude, in our sole discretion, has violated the provisions above. That action may include, without limitation, removing Content from the Services, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting you to law enforcement.
1.8 Settlement
(1) If you purchase products or services directly from the app store, you authorize us to charge you through the specified payment method, including all renewal fees.
(2) You understand and acknowledge that the prices of products and services may be adjusted, and you will be charged the adjusted price.
(3) If you purchase a subscription, unless you cancel it, the subscription will automatically renew before the end of each subscription period.
(4) If you cancel your subscription, it will terminate at the end of the current subscription period.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes the types of information that ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt collect and process from you in connection with us. (2) Various information transmitted between users and other users or non-users through the application server;
(3) Other information of users or non-users shared by the application with business partners.
1.3 Information Disclosure and Sharing
“ChatBot Asking&Writing-ChatArt” will not intentionally disclose, rent, or sell users’ personal information and data to any third party, except in the following cases:
(1) The user personally agrees to share information and data with third parties,such as those who provide data storage, payment, technology support and services, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, legal services, and marketing services.
(2) Only by disclosing the user's personal information and data can the requested product or service be provided to the user.
1.4 Permission and Data Management
(1) Permission Control
· Users can disable file read/write, audio, or camera permissions at any time through system settings, but some core functions may be restricted.
(2) Data Retention and Deletion
· Local files are automatically cleared upon application uninstallation; cloud data retention period follows the user's storage policy.·In General. We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and your choices, after which time we may delete it. We may also retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
(3) Third-Party Sharing
· File, audio, and camera data will not be shared with third parties unless:
o The user expressly authorizes it (such as through API integration with third-party applications);
o Required by law or in response to emergency security incidents (such as anti-fraud investigations).
1.5 Security Disclaimer
(1) If permission abuse or data leakage occurs due to system vulnerabilities, we will notify affected users within 72 hours .
(2) The application is not responsible for risks arising from users voluntarily sharing sensitive data (such as public links).
(3)·The application implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.We also regularly conduct security audits and vulnerability scans to ensure the security of our systems. However, no Internet is ever fully secure or error-free.
