Welcome to ChatAgent AI Chat Ask Anything ("we," "our," or "us"). ChatAgent AI Chat Ask Anything is a cross-platform artificial intelligence chatbot and art generation application developed by Haider Ali.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").
This App uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI and fal.ai, to process your chat messages, image prompts, and uploaded images in order to provide AI-powered features. Before using the App for the first time, you will be asked to review and consent to this data sharing within the App.
By using ChatAgent AI Chat Ask Anything, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo (if provided). If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those services.
Chat Content
Messages you send and receive within AI conversations, including text inputs and any images you attach.
AI Art Prompts and Images
Text prompts you provide for AI image generation and editing, as well as any images you upload for AI editing.
Custom Personas and Workflows
Any custom AI personas or automation workflows you create within the App.
Community Content
If you share artwork to the public Inspire Hub gallery, your display name, profile photo, artwork, and associated prompt are visible to other users.
Profile Photos
Images you upload as your profile picture.
Usage Data
We collect data about how you use the App, including the number of messages sent, art generations performed, AI models used, personas used, and features accessed. This data is associated with your account for analytics dashboard purposes.
Device and Crash Data
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, stack traces, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information to improve app stability. Crashlytics data collection is disabled in debug and development builds.
Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated app usage events and user properties to understand how the App is used and to improve our services.
Local Preferences
We store your theme preference, language setting, default AI model selection, and onboarding status locally on your device.
Google Sign-In
Email address, display name, and profile photo from your Google account.
Sign In with Apple
Email address and full name from your Apple ID (you may choose to hide your email).
RevenueCat
Purchase and subscription status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information related to in-app purchases.
We use the information we collect to:
■ Provide and maintain the App, including AI chat, image generation, image editing, writing tools, and workflow features
■ Process your AI requests by sending chat messages, conversation history, and image prompts to our server-side functions, which forward them to AI providers (OpenAI and fal.ai) for processing and response generation. Your personal account information (name, email) is never sent to these AI providers — only the content you create (messages, prompts, images) is shared for processing.
■ Obtain your explicit consent before sharing data with third-party AI services, through an in-app consent dialog presented on first use
■ Manage your account, including authentication, profile management, and subscription or credit tracking
■ Enable community features, including displaying shared artwork in the Inspire Hub gallery
■ Process purchases and manage subscriptions and credit purchases through RevenueCat and the respective app stores
■ Track usage to enforce free-tier limits and display your personal usage analytics dashboard
■ Improve the App by analyzing crash reports, usage patterns, and feedback
■ Communicate with you regarding service-related notifications and support inquiries
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Google Firebase
Purpose: Backend infrastructure, authentication, data storage, crash reporting, analytics
Data Shared: Account data, chat data, images, crash logs, usage events
OpenAI
Purpose: AI chat responses (GPT-4o, GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-5, GPT-4.1, o3, o4-mini), image generation (DALL·E 3), and prompt enhancement (GPT-4o-mini)
Data Shared: Chat messages you type, full conversation history (for context), images you attach to messages, and text prompts for art generation. Your personal account information (name, email address) is never sent to OpenAI.
Data Retention: Data shared with OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's data retention and usage policies. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy at https://openai.com/privacy for details.
fal.ai
Purpose: AI image generation and editing (FLUX1.1 Pro Ultra, FLUX.2 Pro Edit, Recraft V3, Google Imagen 4, HiDream I1, and others)
Data Shared: Text prompts for image generation, source images you upload for editing, and generation parameters (size, quality, style). Your personal account information (name, email address) is never sent to fal.ai.
Data Retention: Data shared with fal.ai is subject to fal.ai's data retention and usage policies. Please review fal.ai's privacy policy at https://fal.ai/privacy for details.
RevenueCat
Purpose: Subscription and in-app purchase management
Data Shared: User ID, purchase and subscription data
Apple
Purpose: Authentication and payment processing
Data Shared: Apple ID credentials and purchase transactions
Google
Purpose: Authentication and payment processing
Data Shared: Google account credentials and purchase transactions
When you share artwork to the Inspire Hub, the following information becomes visible to all authenticated users:
■ Your display name
■ Your profile photo
■ The artwork image
■ The prompt used to generate it
■ The AI model used
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court order or government agency.
Before your data is shared with any third-party AI service for the first time, the App presents a consent dialog that clearly identifies:
■ What data is sent (chat messages, conversation history, images, prompts)
■ Which third-party AI services receive the data (OpenAI and fal.ai)
■ That your personal account information (name, email) is never shared with AI services
You must explicitly agree to this data sharing before you can use the App's AI features. Your consent choice is stored locally on your device and you will only be asked once.
Cloud Storage
Your account data, conversations, AI-generated artwork, and usage records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage. Servers are located in the United States.
Local Storage
App preferences such as theme, language, and default model are stored locally on your device. Firestore also maintains a local offline cache for improved performance.
■ All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS or SSL
■ Firebase Security Rules restrict database and storage access so users can only read and modify their own data
■ AI API keys (OpenAI and fal.ai) are stored securely in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the client application
■ Subscription and credit fields are protected by server-side-only write access via Firebase Admin SDK
■ Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with secure OAuth flows (Google and Apple)
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Usage data and analytics are retained to support your personal analytics dashboard.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. When you delete your account, we automatically and permanently delete:
■ Your user profile and account information
■ All conversations and chat messages
■ All AI-generated artwork and associated metadata
■ All usage records and credit transaction history
■ All custom personas and workflows
■ All files stored in Firebase Storage associated with your account, including profile photos, uploaded images, and generated artwork
Deletion is performed server-side through an automated Cloud Function and is irreversible.
Data previously shared with third-party AI providers (OpenAI and fal.ai) is subject to those providers' own data retention policies. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
ChatAgent AI Chat Ask Anything offers the following in-app purchases managed through RevenueCat:
AI Chat Pro
A subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) that provides unlimited AI chat messages. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
AI Art Credits
One-time credit packages (25, 50, or 100 credits) used for AI image generation and editing.
Payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Purchase and subscription status is synced via RevenueCat.
ChatAgent AI Chat Ask Anything is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the email address below.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

■ Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
■ Request deletion of your personal data
■ Request data portability
■ Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Microphone
Purpose: Voice input for speech-to-text
If denied: Voice input will be unavailable
Speech Recognition
Purpose: Converting speech to text
If denied: Voice input will be unavailable
Camera
Purpose: Taking photos for AI editing or profile pictures
If denied: Camera capture will be unavailable, but you can still select images from your photo library
Photo Library (Read)
Purpose: Selecting images for AI editing and profile photos
If denied: Image selection from gallery will be unavailable
Photo Library (Write)
Purpose: Saving AI-generated images to your device
If denied: You will not be able to save generated images to your photo library
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our cloud infrastructure and AI service providers are located.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies directly on their official websites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
