This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Handy Candy regarding the use of Chat Translator: All Translate (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Handy Candy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the App on your personal device for non-commercial purposes.
Access translation and related features as provided within the App.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.
The App uses Android’s Accessibility Service solely to enable the floating translation bubble. This permission is required to detect copied text and display translations on screen.
We do not collect, store, or share personal data.
Accessibility access is strictly limited to providing translation functionality.
The App, including all intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of Handy Candy. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Handy Candy may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features to improve the App. These may be installed automatically or require manual updates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Handy Candy does not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices
Accuracy of translations at all times
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handy Candy is not responsible for:
Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by use of the App.
Loss of data, device issues, or misuse of translations.
This license will terminate automatically if you violate these terms. Handy Candy may also suspend or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled by courts located in your region, as permitted by law.
