Chat Marks（以下「本拡張機能」）は、対応する ChatGPT のWebページ上で左サイドバーのチャット一覧を整理しやすくするための Chrome 拡張機能です。本拡張機能は、チャット一覧に対して視覚的なマーク、ハイライト、短いラベル、フィルターなどの拡張UIを追加して動作します。本拡張機能は、ChatGPT 本体のデータそのものを編集または変更するものではありません。

1. 本拡張機能が扱う情報

本拡張機能は、以下の情報を保存する場合があります。

- 各チャットに対して設定したマークの色

- 各チャットに対して設定したマークの形

- 各チャットに対して設定したハイライト

- 各チャットに対して設定した短いラベル

- 既存データとの互換性維持や移行のための設定情報

- 対応するチャットに設定を関連付けるためのチャットID等の識別情報

2. 保存しない情報

本拡張機能のフィルター状態は、タブごとの一時的な表示状態として扱われます。

フィルター状態は同期されず、他のタブや他のデバイスには引き継がれません。

また、フィルター状態は次回利用時に自動的に復元される前提の永続設定としては扱われません。

3. 情報の保存場所

本拡張機能が保存する情報は、Chrome の拡張機能用ストレージ機能を通じて保存されます。

保存された設定情報は、ユーザーの Chrome の同期機能が有効な場合、同じ Chrome アカウントで利用している環境間で引き継がれることがあります。

4. 情報の利用目的

本拡張機能は、保存した情報を以下の目的にのみ使用します。

- チャット一覧にマーク、ハイライト、ラベルを表示するため

- ユーザーが設定した整理状態を維持するため

- 既存データとの互換性維持や移行処理を行うため

- 対応ページ上で本拡張機能のUIを動作させるため

5. 外部送信について

本拡張機能は、ユーザーが設定したマーク、ラベル、ハイライト、その他の保存情報を、開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。

6. 第三者提供について

本拡張機能は、ユーザーデータを第三者に販売、貸与、提供、共有しません。

また、広告配信、広告ターゲティング、信用評価、融資判断の目的では使用しません。

7. 取得しない情報

本拡張機能は、その本来の機能のために、以下の情報を収集することを目的としていません。

- 氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報

- 支払い情報や金融情報

- パスワードや認証情報

- GPS等の正確な位置情報

9. ユーザーによる管理

本拡張機能により保存された設定情報は、拡張機能を削除することにより利用を停止できます。

本ポリシーは、機能変更、法令変更、または Chrome Web Store の審査要件の変更に応じて更新される場合があります。

Chat Marks (“the Extension”) is a Chrome extension designed to help users organize the chat list in the left sidebar on supported ChatGPT web pages. The Extension works by adding its own visual organization UI, such as marks, highlights, short labels, and filters, to the chat list shown on supported pages. The Extension does not edit or modify ChatGPT’s underlying data itself.

1. Information the Extension may handle

The Extension may store the following information:

- The mark color selected for each chat

- The mark shape selected for each chat

- The highlight selected for each chat

- The short label entered for each chat

- Compatibility or migration-related settings

- Identifier information, such as conversation IDs, used to associate settings with supported chats

2. Information not stored

The Extension’s filter state is treated as temporary, tab-specific display state.

Filter state is not synced and is not carried over to other tabs or other devices.

It is also not treated as a persistent setting that is automatically restored in future sessions.

3. Where information is stored

Information used by the Extension is stored through Chrome’s extension storage features.

If Chrome sync is enabled by the user, saved settings may also be carried across environments where the same Chrome account is used.

4. Purpose of use

The Extension uses stored information only for the following purposes:

- To display marks, highlights, and labels in the chat list

- To preserve the user’s organization settings

- To maintain compatibility with existing data and migration behavior

- To operate the Extension’s UI on supported pages

5. External transmission

The Extension does not send the user’s marks, labels, highlights, or other stored settings to the developer’s servers.

6. Sharing with third parties

The Extension does not sell, transfer, rent, share, or otherwise provide user data to third parties.

It is not used for advertising, ad targeting, credit evaluation, or lending purposes.

7. Information not collected for this purpose

The Extension is not designed to collect the following information for its intended purpose:

- Personally identifying information such as name, address, or email address

- Payment or financial information

- Passwords or authentication credentials

- Precise location information such as GPS data

9. User control

Use of the Extension can be stopped by removing the Extension.

Stored settings may also be removed if Chrome sync settings are changed, browser data is cleared, or extension data is deleted.

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to feature changes, legal changes, or Chrome Web Store review requirements.

Any updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
