About Me

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, my love for exploring and ocean life has always been a passion. Sitting dockside watching ships pilot into Seattle’s Puget Sound had such a profound experience on me, I’ve been wanting to work on the water ever since. 

My original dream was almost singularly focused on becoming a business owner, obtaining a degree from the College of Business & Economics at Boise State University eventually beginning my business career. However, my love for the ocean and adventure never left— ultimately leading to my late-sudden change in career paths. Over the years I have came to value happiness over income leading me to pursue what I love and am passionate about most in life- Seagoing.
