I have an issue with the original workbenches from S&S Chapter 2 where when I get close to the weapons bench my framerate drops dramatically, this also happens when I get close to the fires set by the Axeman. Another issue is the clipboard to traverse different maps duplicates in the graveyard. Another clipboard hovers over the original. The piece of paper with all of the radio station numbers floats in the air in the graveyard. One more things a pipe and valve texture in the entrance to the reserve is glitched and not fully rendered breaks my immersion when i see it. These issues our on the quest 2 version. I love the game so far had alot of fun on the night runs. Please fix the bugs though

So i am getting 18 fps with all the settings i come up (even the lowest one) when i try to higher the resolution, i am getting 18 fps, if i lower it i still get 18 fps? what gives? i know my PC is a low-end but I can run saints row 3 and 4 with medium settings with a decent fps. Any workaround to do before I refund? I would really like to try this game.

Saints Row 2 Pc Framerate Fix

With the ability to exceed 60 FPS I'm used to having everything run smooth, the only problem is the cutscenes are fixed to 30 FPS. Now increasing the framerate could cause the cutscenes to bug out, or it can make them look infinitely better. Just curious if anyone found a what to uncap the frame yet or not.

Guys how is the performance on ps5 ?! (the last version of saints row 2022) even at 1080p frame rate mode , I feel like something is not right, feels like in some scenes specially at night near fire, there are frame drops , something like down to 45fps, am I the only one experiencing this? btw I don't have vrr.

The glow-up includes a whole host of snazzy upgrades, such as improved framerates so those fight scenes really zing, and the game is now capable of running at 60 frames per second with dynamic 4K resolution on Xbox Series X.

In theory, Saints Row 2 was running at 60 FPS for almost the entire time I was playing it. In reality though, it was stuttering quite a lot; especially while driving, but other times too. Why would a five year old game have a stutter on such a modern and powerful computer? Because this game is a port, and appears to have not been well optimized for the PC. Apparently some mods do exist to address some of these issues, but I did not use them. Fortunately the stuttering was the worse graphical issue I had for almost the entire game. There was one mission where the framerate dropped to, at best, somewhere in the twenties. I disabled V-Sync and immediately the framerate returned to around 60 FPS, and made the mission playable. After the mission, and without quitting the game, I turned V-Sync back on, and the framerate did not drop again.

The game generally runs at 80-100 fps with the above settings on my PC, it only has occasional stutters in Saint Denis where the framerate drops abruptly every 30 to 60 seconds. It only drops to a minimum of 63-65 fps from 80-100 but due to the abrupt fps drops it stutters in a noticeable way. This is really annoying to me, so in order to fix this I tried the following:

- I set a framerate cap at 60fps in RTSS lower than the maximum drops I got without the cap in the hopes that this will solve the occasional drops. For the most part it does solve the problem but I still get very rare drops of 1-3 fps every few hours. So not only are the drops much lower, they are also much rarer (1 drop of 1-3 fps every 2 to 3 hours). It's much more playable this way but it still annoys me very much. These very rare drops happen not only in Saint Denis but also in other parts of the map.

Do you have any suggestions for me on how to get rid of these drops? How should I choose the framerate cap? Are there other things I could try? Should I use Nvidia control panel to set the cap or is RTSS better?

Saints Row: The Third Remastered is the upgraded version of the 2011 game. This remastered version will include the full game and all the released DLCs and extra content. The game will feature a 60 FPS framerate and dynamic 4K resolution. For Xbox players, they can choose whether to play the game in either Performance mode (at 60 FPS/1080 px) or Beauty mode (at 30 FPS/4K).

As with most console games, Saints Row The Third Remastered will be locked to 30fps on PS4 and Xbox One. Not only that, but the more powerful consoles - PS4 Pro and Xbox One X - won't be getting any modes that favour framerate.

This fact was revealed in an IGN video, which also confirmed that the PC version thankfully won't suffer from the same limitation, allowing PC players to push visuals and framerate, so long as they have the hardware for it. be457b7860
