FEMM is a method of cycle charting that uses mucus observations and LH testing to reveal important information about hormones working in the body throughout the menstrual cycle. Women can learn FEMM for health and/or fertility purposes.
-Ovulation test strips (~35 cents each and only used for a few days during each cycle)

Yes! Charting your cycle is the first step to identifying and treating root cause issues. FEMM has a medical management branch with providers who can look at your charts and order testing to diagnose and treat menstrual dysfunction.
For $200, you will have four meetings with Kaela and recieve direct, one on one instruction, plus unlimited access in between meetings to ask questions. You will be provided FEMM student materials and gain a comprehensive understanding of how to chart your cycle with FEMM.
