CharterPilot is a yacht charter planning and management application developed by Americo Arcucci.
Data Storage
CharterPilot allows users to enter and manage information related to yacht charters, including charter details, yacht information, itineraries, waypoints, guest preferences, expenses, fuel information and operational planning.
This information is entered voluntarily by the user and is stored locally on the user’s device using Apple’s system technologies.
CharterPilot does not operate its own servers for storing this information, and the developer does not receive or have access to the information entered by users into the app.
Personal Information
CharterPilot does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personal information from users.
Information about charter guests or other persons that a user chooses to enter into CharterPilot remains under the responsibility and control of the user.
Location and Maps
CharterPilot may use mapping and location-related functionality to assist with itinerary planning, destinations and geographic information. Location access, when applicable, is subject to the permissions and privacy controls provided by iOS.
Third-Party Services
CharterPilot uses technologies and services provided by Apple as part of the iOS platform. The use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
CharterPilot does not sell personal data or user information. The developer does not use information entered into CharterPilot for advertising or user tracking.
Exported Documents
CharterPilot may allow users to create, export or share documents and reports. Any information contained in an exported document is shared only when the user chooses to export or share it. Users are responsible for the information they include in documents and for how those documents are subsequently shared or stored.

CharterPilot is a professional yacht charter planning and management application and is not specifically directed at children.
