6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

ChartBeam AI offers both free and premium subscription options. Free users have limited access to certain features, while Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all features.
6.2 Subscription Terms
- Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) as selected at the time of purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
