"Ice Thai Tea" Recipe
Ingredients
French press or Tea filter for brewing
Hot water - 200 ml.
Ground Thai tea (Charn brand) - 20g.
Sweetened condensed milk - 30g.
Evaporated milk - 40g.
Ice and a 16 Oz. cup
Brewing Instructions
Use 20g. of Ground Thai tea with 200 ml. of hot water. Brewing for 5-10 minutes. After pressing, you should get approximately 120 ml. of tea concentrate.
Mix the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk together.
Add the brewed tea concentrate and stir well.
Pour into a cup with ice.
Note
Adjust sweetness by adding more sweetened condensed milk.
For a richer taste, increase the amount of evaporated milk.
Tip
Refrigerate the Thai tea concentrate overnight to intensify the flavor.
