Welcome to CharmMore (the "App"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CharmMore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the App without prior written consent from CharmMore.
By posting, uploading, or submitting any content through the App (the "User Content"), you grant CharmMore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and CharmMore's business.
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
CharmMore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CharmMore makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, content, or information. CharmMore disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CharmMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CharmMore, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
