FAQ: Can I show you a picture of a certain bracelet and you make it?

Answer: Of course! As follows, we will have only certain supplies so some orders may be completed right away while other will have to be compromised.

FAQ:  What are your hours?

Answer: Usually 24/7 as we try to respond as quickly as possible! Please note we attend school & and have jobs outside of Charmify, and may not be available at the exact second!

FAQ: Where are you located?

Answer: We are designated in Virginia Beach, VA, but we ship throughout the entire US.

FAQ: How do I pay?

Answer: We currently only accept 2 forms of payment. Cash and Apple Pay. Cash is for local payments that transactions are done in person. The only form of payment for shipping unlocal is apple pay!
