CharmBot is an AI-powered mobile application that generates creative text message responses. It uses OpenAI GPT-5-nano to help users craft engaging replies.

You must be 18 or older to use CharmBot. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
CharmBot operates anonymously; no registration is required. All data is stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws when using the App. CharmBot is available worldwide where legally permitted.
You may use CharmBot for:
Personal, non-commercial communication assistance
Generating creative responses to text messages
Entertainment, convenience, or skill improvement
You may not use CharmBot to:
Illegal Activities
Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Harass, threaten, or endanger others
Commit fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
Exploit minors or create illegal content
Harmful Content
Generate hate, discrimination, or violent content
Create sexually explicit content involving minors
Spread false or misleading information
Abuse of Service
Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Use automated scripts or bots
Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the App
Interfere with servers or third-party APIs
Misuse of AI-Generated Content
Present AI responses as your own original work where prohibited
Use generated content to spam, deceive, or defraud
Violate intellectual property rights
Privacy Violations
Upload images containing others’ private information without consent
Share screenshots of private conversations without permission
Collect personal data about others via the App
You are responsible for all input and how you use AI-generated responses
CharmBot does not endorse or verify generated content
AI responses are suggestions; you must exercise judgment before sending
CharmBot, including code, design, logos, features, and branding, is owned by Arrington Mobile and protected by law
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use CharmBot for personal purposes
You retain ownership of your inputs
By using the App, you grant a limited license to process content solely for AI generation
We do not store or reuse your content
Created by OpenAI GPT-5-nano; may not be unique
You may use generated content for personal communication
Avoid presenting AI content as original in professional, academic, or legal contexts
You may not:
Copy, modify, or redistribute the App for commercial purposes
Remove copyright notices
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Create derivative works
$9.99/month, billed through Apple App Store
3-day free trial for new subscribers
Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends
Managed entirely by Apple App Store
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
Taxes are your responsibility
Cancel via Apple App Store account settings
No refunds for unused portions
Upon cancellation, access reverts to Free Tier
Refunds handled solely through Apple
Violations of Terms may result in denial

Not responsible for OpenAI, OCR.space, Apple App Store, or other third-party failures
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrington Mobile and its affiliates for claims arising from:
Your use of the App
Violation of these Terms
Content you submit or generate
Misuse of AI content
Stop using the App or delete it at any time
Cancel subscriptions via Apple App Store
We may terminate access for:
Violations of Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse or circumvention of limits
Any reason at our discretion
Right to use the App ends
No refund for unused subscriptions
Surviving provisions (liability, IP, arbitration) remain

Attempt resolution within 30 days
Disputes resolved via AAA arbitration, Federal Arbitration Act
Location: Tennessee or mutually agreed
Exceptions: small claims, IP claims, injunctive relief

Non-arbitration disputes: Tennessee state/federal courts
Effective when posted in the App
Material changes: 30 days’ notice via in-app notification
Invalid provisions are limited/eliminated; remainder stays in effect
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver
Users may not assign rights
We may assign freely
Not liable for causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., disasters, pandemics, network outages)
You must comply with U.S. export laws
App is a "commercial item" under FAR 2.101
