Hello! I am Charmaine. I am eager to learn different skills. I learned Data Entry, Lead Generation, and basic SEO on-page and off-page through my research, I am also knowledgeable in Social Media Management and Facebook Ads. I also learned digital marketing and I am knowledgeable in Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Calendar, and Email management. Aside from this, I am passionate about Graphic Design using Canva.

In addition, I have been a secretary where I input data in Office 365, set appointments, respond to calls, and handle emails. I was also an Account Officer where I conduct a meeting with the clients, handle their accounts, answer queries and complaints and submit a report. I believe these experiences of mine will help me as well as the clients.
