Entrepreneur Cognition

Entrepreneur’s goal setting and start a business are important when we plan to relate with entrepreneur development and initiative to help graduates who are looking for jobs. This study analysed the goal settings and the intention to start a business among entrepreneurs who had started their business for years. Data were examined based on what they shared and compare the similarity and differences through Entrepreneur Goal Attainment Theory (EGAT). This research also stated the gap in previous researches. We understand what does the entrepreneur wants when they started the business, how they work hard to cope up their income and manage their time with family.
