News Gathering

In Patriot Vision, a lot of my time was spent gathering news for various reports. Along with helping write the script for the anchor, I also had to learn various ways to find information for different types of reports.

This video is about the history of PV, and how it came to be what it is today. I helped report and edit this video. Mr. Carver also helped with the video to submit it for the MSPA awards.

This was my PV debut, I had the chance to do a report on student of the month. This report happened during the pandemic, but even then PV was still producing and creating episodes, reports, skits, and more.

This is a monthly report on the Student of the Month feature award. I helped write the script and gather information about the student who won. Then, I reported on camera and talked about why he or she won the award.

This is a recent news story about Boys State. I reported information about an opportunity for boys at Lewisburg to learn about government. I researched the information and wrote the script and the filmed the story.
