Julianne is like the fun mom to the Charles family. Despite her strictness towards the siblings, she always wants to make sure they're happy.

Julianne was one of the best-performing recruits in the T&S Allegiance. However, she retired early in the middle of her term of servitude so she could prioritize taking care of Jenna's siblings while Jenna herself could take her place.

It's a rumor around the Allegiance that Julianne had an interest in Arius when she was in her prime during her servitude in the T&S. It was true until she realized Arius was a dense man with priorities that focused only on his work.

Julianne was best friends with an Umbra during her time in the Allegiance. Though they both went their separate ways after they ended their term, with Julianne following only 3 years later to look after the siblings.

Julianne had always been fascinated by Cloud-Umbrian history. Though due to the event in '08, she hasn't been able to further her investigation into the lore of the Cloudan past.
