INTRODUCTION

Charlotte is the second youngest sibling in the Charles family, being only 17 minutes ahead of her twin brother. She likes bringing this up sometimes just to mess with him. However, she does have a tightly knit bond with him, not to mention her older siblings, Neran and Jenna. Each one of them supports each other in any way they are personally good at, with Charlotte being good at sympathizing with others on an emotional level. They are all their own anchors and support.

Charlotte carries a heart of gold, she's playful, charming, witty, cute, empathetic, humble, and introspective personality. She is genuinely caring for those she is close with.

She's socially capable and charismatic to those she expresses herself with without having to be over-the-top about herself, however she can still get nervous but even then, she's still resilient. Charlotte isn't the type to like a lot of attention as well, even if people want to get close to her, she likes keeping herself away from the spotlight. She's always been more fond of dynamics like a friend group where everyone is seen and treated the same level without one person being the sole pillar of the group's connection. With that, she carries almost like a quiet confidence about herself when it comes to being involved.

Charlotte is smart, she's got capable book smarts, emotional smarts, but she knows she can't understand everything ... everyone. She's aware that a person isn't the same as a book, you can't always read them. So she's honest, she's grounded to the fact that despite her efforts of trying to make sense of everyone and everything, to understand and know what she can, she doesn't know everything. She's humble.

Like any person, she carries a social battery. She can spend hours with people in a single time, but she also needs time alone. But that time alone doesn't take away from her enjoyment. She values her lone time as much as her time with folks she likes spending it with. She likes to balance her time spent, investing in the best of both worlds. She seems to resonate a lot with Charlie when it comes to alone time.

Charlotte is indeed very loyal to her friends, her family, and to her allies. She sticks by those who stick by her, her decisions are carried by trust, faith, and hope that everything she says or does comes back to her at any given moment when she needs it most.

Because of her way of approaching others and herself, Charlotte has garnered interest in a specific style that caters to her and expresses herself in the best way she can think of. She's pretty honest about herself without a doubt, so that's why she likes to dress in a way that pleases her, comes off as presentable, but isn't considering on trying to "wow" anyone by looking at her.

Charlotte loves wearing jumpsuits—mostly black ones, which serve as a neutral base for any outfit, or green ones that are the outfit itself. Though if she does wear black, she likes to slap on any kind of addition with green to make sure her passion for the color stands loud and proud in every look she comes up with. People see that as her signature color. It seems that the Charles siblings all have their own actually. She likes throwing loose belts around her waist, coats or flannels on top, wears pumps or sneakers, and styles her hair in easily made fluffy ponytails with a green ribbon she holds very fondly. She tends to use green as a primary outfit color with contrasts and accent to build off her outfits. It's because of her love for the color green over her other favorite color, gold, that she always seems to accent herself in gold, even if she decides to switch up the color combinations from green with blue to better match her eyes.

Introduction

Charlotte Char Charles is one of the youngest of the four siblings in the Charles family, being tied with Charlie as her twin brother. Just like her brother, Charlotte is a Gifted Cloudan with the ability of "Plasma." Her power functions similarly to Charlie's where her plasma can produce increasing amounts of the energy and channel it throughout her entire body to wherever she focuses it. When Charlotte is solo, her Plasmic power performs slightly better than Charlie does, but when the two are together their energy output is multiplied significantly where the Plasma output combined from the two of them is far greater than when they are solo. In general, when it comes to fighting, Charlotte tends to be very competent like her older sister, Jenna. She prioritizes efficiency to her foes to have any conflict taken care of as quickly as possible. But just like her older brother, Neran, she sometimes does enjoy some of the thrill it provides for herself as long as it doesn't endanger her loved ones.

Both Charlie and Charlotte tend to have this sixth sense of "twin telepathy" where they understand each other's thoughts and feelings. They can detect the way the other feels without needing to physically or verbally express it, just knowing what the other is thinking. This sense is fundamental when it comes to understanding Charlie mostly due to the fact of how complicated it can be for him to be open up despite there being no reason to restrain. Charlotte is essential when it comes to having greater strength with Charlie to be on par with Neran and Jenna's capacity, but as well as actually understanding her brother when it comes to the more deeper, fundamental moments.

Personality

Charlotte tends to express signs of her being a very social and charming person along with some extroverted qualities, but despite her pleasant demeanor she is still an introvert like her twin brother. Charlotte only demonstrates her socialness, expressive, and playful nature when around those she's comfortable with or considers a good friend. But no one will truly get to see her as herself except her own family members. However, Charlotte pushes herself outside of her own comfort zone just to push Charlie out of his and aid him with socializing with people in both his passive and aggressive states.

Despite this, Charlotte doesn't have any friends like the rest of her family. As great of a person she is, due to her time growing up, she couldn't really befriend anyone as she wouldn't have the time to due to the situation she and her family were stuck in. Regardless, she tries to prioritize her brother before herself when it comes to finding people who will accept him like she and her siblings do, it's garnered a protective nature inside her as a way to avoid bad apples who she knows will not be a good influence for Charlie nativity. It's also structured to be a way to judge people by getting into the mindset that "if you can't get along with my brother then you wouldn't get along with me either."

At the end of the day, Charlotte gets as exhausted as Charlie does when trying to get out of their comfort zones. She and Charlie usually like to spend their time doing their own things without any significant communication between the two. It's relaxing for them, and recharges their social battery. That to them is quality sibling boding since they share similar interests, qualities, behaviors, and ideals regardless of Charlie's split personalities. Their commonalities is what has set them to have a strong bond that also bounces off really well with their older siblings with how steadfast they are when it comes to following them and having great synergy with them. Usually they don't understand their decisions and thoughts or feelings, but they do provide more than enough support for them that allows for their family dynamic to be healthy and sturdy. However, that is greatly emphasized with the twins between themselves.

Charlotte's Gift

Charlotte's plasma is exactly the same as her brother Charlie's. It works like a form of electricity where it can shock anyone and anything that can conduct electrical currents. It can be used as projectiles to deal long-distance damage and as a status boost to physical contact. The plasma itself can be directed to any specific point of the body, with its energy fluctuating depending on the energy output generated. This output can be increased drastically depending on how much energy is generated and stored through the technique of "stockpiling." Stockpiling can conserve energy to be used for a later time, however if continued without delay, it can increase the energy storage to increase the power output when it is to be used all at once. Charlotte has better handling of this technique than her brother. This means that she can exert stronger energy outputs than Charlie himself.

However, Charlie is the one who comes up with the "spells" that uses plasma to its greater potential, such as "Homeshot" which has proved to be a very capable and reliable move that shoots a ray of plasma to the direction the finger of the user is directed. As well as "Plasmic Propel" where plasmic energy is channeled to the upper back of the user to release energy to function similar to a jetpack, however much faster than such which functions for flight. However, Charlotte focuses more in the creation of the melee aspect of plasma, coming up with "Plasmic Fist" and "Surging Trail" where plasmic energy is focused to the hands and feet of the user where by making contact to a surface can exert plasmic power towards the area or direction it is aimed towards.

Charlotte's first design was based off of Charlie's first genderbend design. She eventually became her own character as his twin sister.
Charlotte likes to mention how she was technically born 2 minutes earlier than Charlie, calling herself the "alpha twin" as a tease.
Charlotte's favorite type of jewelry are those with emerald embedded onto them.
Charlotte doesn't like having her own friend group if it means Charlie isn't a part of it.
Charlotte's metabolism keeps her from gaining any weight, meaning she can eat like a pig and still keep a seamless physique.
Never in her life has Charlotte used make up, or even plans to. She hates the idea of working a long time on applying it just for it to be wiped off and repeat.
Charlotte and Charlie one time powered a house just by emitting their unified plasma powers to circulate across their bodies. This resulted in them blacking out from the excessive buildup of energy they shared to each others' bodies.
