Most recently, I held the title of Director of Technical Services at TradePending/Protomiq. 

Starting out as a support representative in 2020 at TradePending, I averaged an advancement a year until accepting the Director of Technical Services role in 2025. A role I held until 2026. 

Some things I am proud of from TradePending/Protomiq:

• Starting the Technical Services/Triage team, expanding to five people.

  • I instituted the company's first:

    • MDM

    • Corporate AntiVirus for Windows machines 

    • SOC2 reports

    • Onboard and Offboarding processes

    • Monthly trivia games

    • UAT processes
