Who we are...

Charlie Mike is an Arma 3 Military Simulation Group with the concept of "Casual Professionals". We pride ourselves as a community with like minded mentality of a tight knit group, challenge and of course the overall goal of fun.

Outside of game we're a relaxed group with everyone having a good laugh. Inside the game we expect everyone to be on point, with a high professionalism and the mission in mind. We prefer to be challenged; surrounded by enemy's fighting side by side while completing the task at hand. We have veterans, experienced players, new players, and all different kinds of people willing to dedicate time to make Charlie-MIKE better. Our players "us as a whole" are eager to learn, teach/help others, progress as a player, work as a team, do as asked and have a serious fun time.

What we're not: we're not a military unit (none of that yes sir, no sir). You won't be a rifleman for months at a time. You won't be a one man army, you won't have all the best gear to knock down enemies miles out. You won't be without friends here.

What our group has for services:

• - Modern/WW2/Vietnam (Unsung), Antistasi... etc.
• - Teamspeak.
• - Discord.
• - Custom missions with Zeus support for more variables.
• - Training (optional not mandatory).
• - Opportunities for you to rise up in ranks and make Charlie-MIKE better.
• - Active, friendly and open leadership who work hard.

What we need from you:

• - 18 years old at least.
• - Working headset and microphone.
• - Arma 3 + APEX (come without, try us and get it in the near future).
• - Teamspeak.
• - Discord.
• - Open mind.
• - Willing to learn.
• - Positive attitude.
• - Activity weekly on Discord.
• - Willing to do a fast Induction training to ensure a baseline (scales by experience)
• - A good sense of humor or willing to suffer through ours.
• - Ability to be a professional in the mission is required.
