Charles Williams attended Bullard High School in Fresno, CA and earned notable accolades including Fresno Bee's Co-Offensive Player of the Year as a senior, Two-Time County/Metro Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and even made history at his school. As a senior, Charles made school history by rushing for 2,142 yards and scoring 28 touchdowns ranking him #2 of all-time for both categories at Bullard High School. He amassed 3,580 total rushing yards in two years, which is the second most rushing yards ever and scored 48 touchdowns, which tied a school record.

This 3-Star Running Back (RB) was a top recruit in the 2016 class and received many offers from elite schools, but Williams decided to take his talents and committed to UNLV.
