Over the past few weeks, I have made some steady progress toward my A380 project. Currently, one of the challenges is to make the model as close to my diagram as possible. I have had some trouble making the roof of the plane not as tall, but that usually results in the side walls of the top level to angle in more than desired.
I have been experimenting with ways to motorize the train gift with purchace set. Initially, I thoght of just putting the battery box inside the firebox on the main train, but I quickly discovered that it was out of question. I wanted to preserve the look of the original train as much as possible, and if I were to put the battery box inside, it would really change the 'look' of the train. I also can't use the train motor, because the train chassis is red, and I want to continue with that style. As seen in the pictures, I am now figuring out a way to make a custom train chassis with a PF M motor. In addition, I am also using the PF lighting to light up the lights on the train.
