Please read the message below which includes some changes for the 2026 Craft Show.
Thank you for participating in the 35th Annual Craft Show at Charles Boehm! Your involvement helps us fund the many programs and activities the PTO provides for our students and staff. We hope the event was a wonderful way to kick off your holiday season.
This year’s show almost didn’t happen, as many of our long-time lead volunteers have moved on. A small group of PTO board members stepped up to keep the tradition alive, and while we faced challenges we’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding, and support.
We appreciated speaking with so many of you during the event and hearing your thoughtful ideas on how to keep the show going strong in the future. Your feedback means a lot as we work to make this event sustainable for years to come.
To ensure we can host the 36th Annual Craft Show, we’ll be making a few updates for next year:
Vendor spaces will be available as 8 ft. ($55) or 12 ft. ($65) options.
No tables or chairs will be provided; please bring your own.
Vendors may purchase multiple spaces; displays must fit within the purchased space(s).
Each registered vendor will receive one coupon for a free donut and coffee (additional items available for purchase or you can register additional crafters for a fee in your application for additional coupons).
Spaces are not guaranteed and will be assigned once application is approved and payment is received.
Special requests may be listed in the notes section of the application; we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
An electronic payment option will be available starting in 2026.
No space will be held without payment.
We will no longer have a raffle table, and vendor donations will not be required.
Updated maps and an improved application form will be available by June 2026 on our website.
We truly appreciate your continued participation and understanding as we adapt to keep this beloved tradition alive. We look forward to welcoming you back for the 36th Annual Craft Show in 2026!

Our Bake Sale is just one of the ways we raise money for our students at Boehm during our Craft Show! If you're a baker, or someone who just knows a good bakery when they see one, we need your help! Please take a look at our SignUp Genius and donate what you can.
Parent volunteers are needed for the Craft Show either before, during, or after the show and you will have time to shop! We greatly appreciate any time that you can give.

High School student volunteers are needed for the Craft Show either before, during, or after the show. You will receive volunteer hours to meet volunteer requirements. We greatly appreciate any time that you can give.

Middle School student volunteers are needed for the Craft Show in several areas, with a wide range of times to fit anyone's schedule. Students who work a scheduled shift will receive service hours. We greatly appreciate any time that you can give.
