Event Map, Directions, Timings & Facilities

Getting there:

• Navigate to Bicester Motion - Gate 8

  • What3Words: ///lows.saves.swim

• From there go through the gates, and turn right 

• Drive down the road until you come to the front of YASA Building 160 (the parking area facing the airfield)

  • If full, turn around and park in the overflow parking located back near the gate, this will be on your left as you drive back towards the gate

• Once parked, join us at the start-finish point on the airfield track just across from the YASA building.

Timings:

8:30-9:00: Team Photo & A Few Words

9:00-17:00: Running! (Run during your preferred timeslot for as long as you like)

17:00-18:00: Pack down

Facilities:

• Overbury temporary toilets are available on the day - located at YASA Building 160 behind the primary car park

• Bicester Motion public toilets within the main campus
