2.2 Sensor Data (Motion Detection Feature)

If you enable the Motion Detection Alarm (Anti-Theft) feature, the App accesses the device’s accelerometer sensor.

Sensor data is:

• Used in real-time to detect movement during charging

• Processed locally on the device

• Not recorded, stored, or transmitted

• Not shared with any third party

Notifications

Used to notify you when:

• The battery is fully charged

• The battery temperature exceeds safe limits

• The charger is unplugged

Foreground Service

Used to keep the monitoring service active during charging sessions to ensure accurate alerts and background operation.

Permissions are used solely to provide core App functionality.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• All user settings and battery history (if enabled) are stored locally on your device.

• We use an internal local database (Room).

• We do not operate backend servers.

• No user data leaves your device.

• Data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share user data.

6. Data Security

Because Charging Info does not transmit personal data, the risk of external data exposure is minimized.

However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

Charging Info is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
