Take a look at the given below issues and tips to fix them in your Ledger Live Wallet and your ledger battery problem issue.
Use a different USB (data transferring) cable if possible.
Remove the dongles or docks if you are using them.
Try again by using the different USB ports.
Run Ledger Live Wallet App as an administrator.
Update your drivers.
Disable VPN or antivirus software if you are using them.
If you are using Mac OS, then also try to enable full disk access.
Enable your OTG setting, if you are using your mobile. And also make sure that your mobile is running on OS which is Android 10 or later.
Turn off and then on your mobile Bluetooth. After this try to connect again.
Try to unpair and then again pair your Ledger Nano X and your mobile phone.
Make sure that no coin/nano app is opened on the dashboard of your Ledger device.
Check the APIs (application programming interface) of Ledger Live Wallet because sometimes these issues can cause temporary display issues like incorrect counter values and more.
Resynchronize your Ledger accounts by clearing the cached data.
Update Ledger Live App.
Remove and then re-add an account.
Try to disable all experimental features.
Press both buttons on your Ledger Nano X to dismiss the error message.
Let the device charge for 20 minutes without any manipulation. A screen saver will appear in the meantime.
Once the charging period is over, press the left button once to exit the screen saver mode, then hold both buttons down for 3 seconds to access the control center.
Select "Power Off" by pressing the right button once. Turn off the device by pressing both buttons simultaneously. The device will restart after a few seconds.
The device may need several on/off cycles to work in the case of a completely discharged battery. If the procedure worked, the battery warning message should no longer appear, and the logo in the upper right corner will change from a plug icon to a charging battery icon. You should now see the welcome screen. Leave the device connected and charging for about 8 hours to ensure the battery is fully charge.
Note: Only applicable to versions 1.3.0 and earlier. Check the OS version.
For security reasons, Ledger Nano X stops charging when it detects an error with the battery charger.
To fix the issue, make sure to update the OS version on your device. If your device is unresponsive and you aren’t able to update it, please reach out to Ledger Support.
