A backup feature command, since anti nuke is easier to implement we're taking it much further!
usage: ?backup-create
after creating the backup, you can do ?info-backup to see the backup information.
note: this command can be used to newly used servers to paste all channels, roles, and permissions.
by simply doing a ?backup-load command, you can activate the backup system. but it will ask a confirmation first, you can do -confirm to get started.
