By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit equal to at least 50% of the total session amount is required to confirm your booking. Your session date(s) and time slot(s) will be held once the deposit has been received. Please pay your deposit at least 48 hours prior to the start of your session.
Remaining balances are due upon completion of your session unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Payments can be made via the link provided on this invoice or by other approved methods.
Please note: sessions are not officially reserved until the deposit has cleared.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Please do not arrive earlier, as another session may still be in progress or setup may not be complete. Please contact us for the exact studio address once your session deposit has been made.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Please note that there is a steep ditch on either side of Oak Street — use caution when parking. Chapter 1 Recording is not responsible for damage, towing fees, or other issues resulting from parking.
Chapter 1 is located in a residential neighborhood; please be respectful of noise levels, traffic, and parking. Keeping our neighbors happy helps keep us in business!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Your session payment(s) may be refunded under the following conditions:
100% refund or reschedule: If the studio must cancel your session for any reason (weather, illness, or technical issue).
100% refund: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session.
50% refund: If you cancel 24–48 hours before your scheduled session.
No refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your session, fail to appear, or arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice. We understand that life happens! Whenever possible, we’ll work with you to reschedule your time rather than cancel outright.
Billing begins at your scheduled start time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be refunded or extended beyond the originally scheduled end time unless approved in advance and subject to studio availability.
