This is a real "stand alone" cottage - it has no adjoining neighbors. Lots of windows, the privilege to play your stereo a bit loud and not to hear your neighbors stereo. Due to limited size of the house and closets, only ONE permanent occupant, sorry, no exceptions (an occasional overnight guest are fine, of course). The bedroom is small and can really only handle a double bed (or a queen but that is a tight fit. The living room is quite large. Utilities are separate and tenants responsibility (super efficient gas heat, OWASA water, Duke Power). Lawncare is included.
Other things about the house - it does NOT have central heat and air but has very good wall units for both of these functions and past tenants have said they do the job just fine. The kitchen is small and has an "apartment sized" (20" wide) range but regular sized 18 cu ft refrigerator. No Dishwasher or disposal.
It is an 11 or 12 month lease with renewals from year to year and the lease can start as soon as 7/8 or as late as 8/1.
