Homeowner Logon to Frontsteps Portal
Dues include:
Common Area landscape maintenance - includes front and greenway entrances, some common areas are nature-based and not maintained, unless specified by the Common Area Maintenance Policy.
All townhomes/homes: HOA Management, Trash, Common Area Insurance, Landscaping (yards and bushes maintained, mulch once a year, irrigation startup/shutdown), and miscellaneous items.
Reserve Fund: future and unexpected expenses.
Townhomes: 5-Plex (461, 465, 469, 473, 477) and 3-Plex (448, 452, 456)
$766 / qtr - includes Pest Control (arrow Exterminators) and Security Monitoring (Clearview Security)
All other homes:
$660 / qtr
HOA Management:
Handles auto-draft payments and Realtor requests for current balance for Sale of Homes.
Provides Frontsteps tool to manage your account.
Review the Documents for Policies, Covenants, Charter, etc.

A summary of key Covenant items:
Rentals must be 12 months or more.
Overnight Street Parking on a regular basis is prohibited. Use the garage and driveway.
Pets over 25 pounds are prohibited, as well as more than 2 pets per home. Pet waste must be picked up.
Trash cans must be kept inside or out of sight, except the night before and the day of pickup.
For Sale or Rental signs must be professional and no more than five square feet.
Changes to the property must abide by the Architectural Review policy.
Prior to closing, the new Homeowner should provide a signed statement that they will abide by the HOA policies and Covenant documents, noted above.
After Closing, the new owner will receive an Invitation to join the Frontsteps portal that provides access to documents, payments, information, FAQ's, etc,
