Welcome to the Chapel Downs School Resource Website
Our Website is a way for parents and caregivers to access home learning activities.
Click onto a tab at the top to take you to a particular learning area.
These activities will be added to over time.
We recommend that you try to keep screen time between 1-3 hours a day.
Ways that you can use this website while you are at home with your children:
We suggest spending 1-3 hours per day on home learning
We have added weekly plans with suggested activities for each Year group - Go to the Weekly Plans tab in the menu bar
Junior School Reading: Look at the back of the last book your child has in their book bag for the colour wheel. Use this to identify what colour your child is reading at. Start with the books at that colour on this website.
Senior School Reading: Colour wheel (see above), Level 2 (reading age 7-9 years), Level 3 (reading age 9-11 years), Level 4 (reading age 12+ years)
