We are hiring across the board for our Strategy, Design, and Production teams.

Strategy & Implementation

• Educational Architects: Design the blueprints for complex learning ecosystems. You will align learning strategies with high-level business goals.

• Change Managers: Guide our clients through transitions. You ensure that our training solutions are adopted, embraced, and sustained.

• Knowledge Managers: The guardians of information. You will organize, curate, and optimize organizational knowledge to ensure it is accessible and actionable.

• Digital Adoption Product Consultants: You bridge the gap between software and users, ensuring new tools are utilized to their full potential through seamless adoption strategies.

Design & Delivery

• Instructional Designers: The heart of our operation. You will analyze learning needs and script engaging, effective learning journeys.

• Solutions Trainers: Charismatic experts who deliver content face-to-face or virtually, ensuring learners are engaged and objectives are met.

• Content Developers: Master wordsmiths and researchers who create robust, accurate, and digestible written content for various mediums.

Creative, Media & Technology

• E-Learning Developers: Tech-savvy creators who bring storyboards to life using Articulate, Captivate, and other authoring tools.

• Animators: Visual storytellers who can turn complex concepts into fluid, engaging 2D or 3D motion graphics.

• Video Production Consultants: Experts in filming, lighting, and editing who ensure our video content looks cinematic and professional.

• Voice Actors: The voice of Chantastic. We need clear, versatile, and professional voice talent to bring our scripts to life.
