2023-03  Visiting scholar at MIT

2022년 10월부터 2023년 3월까지 메사추세츠공과대학(MIT) 생명공학과 Mark Bathe 연구실에 방문연구원 자격으로 RNA 나노기술과 관련된 연구를 수행하였습니다. I was a visiting scholar in Mark Bathe's lab in the Department of Biological Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) From October 2022 to March 2023. I conducted research related to RNA nanotechnology. 

2022-10  Engineering synthetic DNA condensates

Another collaborative research project with Prof. Yonddae Shin's group (Seoul National University) was published in Science Advances. Synthetic DNA condensates can accelerate DNA strand displacement reactions and logic gate operation by concentrating specific reaction components. [Link] [News]

2022-04  DNA microgels made from sequential phase separation

My research paper collaborated with Sungho Do (Seoul National University) was published in Nucleic Acids Research. It provides a new technique for the formation of DNA nanostructure and microgel assemblies of tunable size and viscosity based on electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions. I appreciate Prof. Yonddae Shin's group for collaboration.  [Link]
