Before becoming a lecturer, I have been managing ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ projects for automobile businesses having clients South Africa, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand.
Functional contributions included:
Support sales & marketing support for business expansion
Conduct customer hearing and analyze requirements
Create business models and operational flows
Analyze operational data and support cloud data management
Arrange and manage work break-down schedule and control tasks
Estimate human resource costs and quotation pricing
Negotiate quotations with customers and compromise scopes of work
Set Team’s KPI and support KAIZEN activities
