Double Sizer

Plywood double sizer is used for trimming 4 sides of plywood and thin block boards 

• Model: CTDS-4'×8'

• The machine is fully automatic

•  For Rip-cutting and Cross- cutting, the machine is provided with 8 pieces of precision rolls which are as large as 163mm in diameter, making it possible to accurately perform the powerful and high speed feeding of plywood.

• The air cylinder is installed in the upper feeder roller. Therefore, the uniform and stable pressure is given on the plywood for further accuracy in feeding.

• The machine is integrated pre-loader device.

• This saw has high precision anti-wearing guide rail, high accurate  cutting.

•  All working process is controlled by PLC.
