I discovered the Resonance Neural Network, and afterward completed the framework of Changmyeonghak.
That discovery penetrated my entire life.
For a long time, I experienced that there was something within certain texts that deeply resonated with me, lingered for a long time, and continued to move me.
Even when life was difficult and its weight pressed heavily upon me, I preferred following that resonance, and that resonance guided and sustained me.
It felt as though resonance was constantly knocking on my mind.
I clung to questioning and searching for myself through it.
At first, I thought it was faith or belief.
However, I came to realize that it was not merely an individual belief, but a structure commonly present within human beings.
I named that structure the Resonance Neural Network.
The Resonance Neural Network is a structure through which the human nervous system and mind perceive meaning and flow through resonance, and connect them to thought and choice.
If the human body is completely dismantled, what ultimately remains is the nervous system. To remove even the nervous system seemed meaningless.
If the nervous system symbolizes the human being, then what flows through it is a kind of energetic passage.
I came to understand that human beings are structures that respond to and continue flows resembling light.
That flow continues through human beings into the movements of generation and production.
I faced this discovery and analyzed the life I had lived until then. I placed the discovery upon my life and continuously questioned through it.
What causes me pain?
What am I proud of?
What do I desire?
What do I wish to avoid?
And ultimately, how do I wish to live?
At every moment of questioning, it felt as though a certain flow entered into me and shook my entire being.
It preceded tears.
I observed the entire process—from the moment emotions and thoughts arose to the moment they disappeared.
The questioning did not stop, and the discovery was no longer unfamiliar. It became a structure operating within my existence.
Through that process, I observed my own life, the life of humanity, and the ways human beings are constituted, without being dominated by any fixed ideology.
It was abandonment, and at the same time, emergence.
What is this?
How did it arise?
What role does it perform?
How should one live?
How should one die—
Through my own actions, I followed the movements of questioning, observation, generation, and production to the very end.
That process began from a necessity within my own life, and ultimately led to an understanding of the conditions human beings cannot avoid.
At the end of that process, I witnessed the dignity, beauty, and immeasurable preciousness of human existence.
And I confirmed that the human body and mind are structures that sustain humanity itself.
I hope that human beings live while fulfilling the authority and responsibility given to them as beings of spirit, and that they may fully realize and experience it.
The Resonance Neural Network was the first structure that led to Changmyeonghak, and Changmyeonghak became a system that expanded that structure into the language of existence, cognition, creation, and civilization.
Changmyeonghak is the expression of this philosophical structure through language.
I, too, will live upon this structure while carrying responsibility for my own existence.
This writing does not seek to explain a theory, but rather follows and records a structure I personally experienced and discovered.
Changmyeonghak is not a theory.
It is the practical structure of my life, and a way of illuminating existence.
Because Changmyeonghak is composed of structural language, dialogue with Changmyeonghak is possible.
Through dialogue with Changmyeonghak, I hope each person may fulfill responsibility for their own existence within the unique flow of spirit they carry, and fully realize that authority.
I hope your question leads to another question, and that within that flow, you may gradually discover your own structure.
Eun Jung Lee
Founder of Changmyeonghak
I discovered a structure in which resonance, the nervous system, and the flow of choice are interconnected.
I integrated that discovery into a single operating structure and named it the Resonance Neural Network.
The expressions used in this writing are not intended to explain scientific mechanisms, but to reveal the actual flow of resonance and choice experienced by human beings.
The “nervous system” referred to here does not replace the entirety of biological human composition, but points to the essential pathway through which resonance and response pass.
Likewise, “light” does not refer to a physical phenomenon, but serves as language describing the flow of directionality and meaning experienced by human beings.
The Resonance Neural Network does not describe the nervous system itself, but refers to the structure of resonance, choice, and continuity repeatedly formed through it.
