 Change Your Name On Jet2 Flight 

Although reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable, we can assist you with name changes. For changes made through our call center, you can make one name change at +44(800)3686370 - United Kingdom per booking for an administration fee of £35 (or equivalent in local currency) per person per one-way flight. For additional name changes, we charge an administrative fee plus the difference between your original price and today's price (including any taxes, fees, or other charges). If the total price has decreased since the original booking, no refund will be given. Also, consider that the discounts received from the original price are no longer valid and additional costs must be paid when making changes. You can make name changes by visiting Manage My Bookings, contacting our customer service team, or visiting one of our airport sales points. 

You can correct genuine typos for free. For typos of up to three letters, you can visit the reservation management page or contact our telephone service. You can contact us by phone or email if you have made typos of four or more letters. Please note that free name changes are only considered in connection with factual errors, not in connection with a change of identity.

 Change Seats On Jet2 

To reserve the desired seats for your party, you must reserve the seats online in advance. You can also book them later when you open Manage My Booking - please note that seat prices vary by location and route. 

If you do not reserve seats in advance, they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis during check-in online or at the airport. Please note that seats across the aisle or behind or in front are classified as "together". If you want to change seats after ordering and paying, you must pay for the relevant seats. 

We offer a wide range of extra legroom on all aircraft. These seats are marked on our seat maps during the booking process and are usually located front and center of the aircraft. You can pre-book these seats at the time of booking, add them later in Manage My Booking, or request them at check-in for a small fee per flight. Most of our extra leg rooms are also classified as emergency exits, so for safety reasons only certain customers can sit here. 

As a family-friendly airline, we always aim to seat children under 12 and infants next to accompanying adults. If for some reason this is not possible, we make sure that the children sit as close as possible and no more than one row apart. 

We recommend that you reserve your seats in advance to ensure that the desired seats are reserved for your travel group. 

Jet2 Baggage Allowance

 1. Checked baggage

Jet2 offers plenty of checked baggage, so you can pack more than just the essentials for your trip. The special discount may vary depending on your ticket type. You can choose from three options for Jet2 flights: Jet2holidays, Flight Only, or Flight with TUI Package.

 2. Jet2holidays package

 Enjoy even more convenience when you book a Jet2holidays package. As a general rule, the baggage allowance includes 22 kg for adults and children and 10 kg of cash.

 3. Baggage limit on flights only

 If passengers book only a Jet2 flight, the maximum amount of checked baggage may vary. The standard weight is 22 kg, but there are also 25 kg and even 32 kg options if you are on a long trip. It is important to check the luggage for your flight. 

4. A border of hand-baked goods

 Don't forget your hand luggage. Jet2 allows each passenger to carry one piece of hand luggage up to 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and a smaller personal item such as a handbag or laptop.

 5. Excess baggage

 If you intend to bring more than the Jet2 luggage allowance, you have the option of purchasing additional weight in advance, which is cheaper than at the airport. 

6. Sports equipment 

Jet2 also welcomes sports enthusiasts who can bring sports equipment such as golf clubs, bicycles, or skis. These products have their values ​​and may incur additional costs.
